Brief Introduction
The FM-HydFilte rotating filter recovers fibers, heat energy and chemicals from white water to reduce water treatment costs. The filtered effluent can be reused for high and low-pressure showers in the wet end of the paper machine. It cuts fresh water consumption for paper machine showering, improves the cleanliness of recycled white water and prevents nozzle blockage.
The filter features high removal efficiency, stable filtration precision and self-cleaning screen function. It is easy to maintain and helps boost paper machine efficiency.
The conical screen is suspended and supported at the top. White water from the outlet pipe sprays onto the screen at a certain angle. Driven by the impact force of white water, the screen rotates, and fibers and other contaminants are separated by gravity and centrifugal force.
